ESPN teamed up with Marvel Comics for their NBA Season Preview. Leinil Yu, J. Scott Campbell, Olivier Coipel and a lot of other artists have contributed to what could be best described as a “strike files” for the next season of NBA. Basically, all 30 got individual pin-ups that’ll mash them together with Marvel characters and classic covers.

Loved the Blake Griffin as Hulk cover for the Clippers, but was confused by the Dwight Howard with Wolverine claws cover for the Magic. Teams like Minnesota, Sacramento, Utah, and Memphis all got cheap covers. The Trail Blazers and Pacers covers are two of my favorites.
