Tomorrow, the classic Nike Air Foamposite Pro “Pearl” re-releases at select retailers nationwide. Sneakerheads clamored for a wider return than the 2009 release saw and Nike obliged. As you know, this Foamposite owns a pearlescent white finish and shows off details like an icy bottom, True Red accents and a bold black plastic Swoosh along its side. Demand will be high for this shoe, so the term “don’t sleep on this one” may be more apt than ever before. Get to your favorite store early. $200
After a few days, of speculation, I knew “The Coves” would grow on me. Ronnie Fieg’s line of Asics Gel Lyte III’s are set for release on Friday September 3rd at 10AM EST. These are set to be released online and in the Soho location at the David Z store(556 Broadway, 212.431.5450). As usual only 225 pairs will be put into the marketplace so act fast. $115

This morning Jordan Brand hosted a special event in Harlem at the legendary Rucker Park. The Jordan Breakfast Club gave kids from NYC the opportunity to put their skills to work bright and early but few anticipated the chance to get to play with All-Stars and hear inspiration words from the greatest of all time. Wish will be releasing the Air Jordan Retro 7 (VII) Olympic joints this Friday , 8/13. Nike has also released a tee that matches up with the shoes. The shoes will be retailing for $150 and the tee can be picked up for $34, and it is obviously a perfect match. Friday will be a first-come, first-serve basis.
I have lost a little love for the Air Force Ones over the years. The Nike Dunks have replaced them as my shoe of choice. But these Charcoal/White Forces are too beautiful to neglect. This particular pair features a predominately Light Charcoal nubuck-textured base with minimal white accents including the swoosh, laces tongue branding and inner lining. To coincide with the predominance of the shoe, the outsole is also colored in Light Charcoal. The Nike Air Force 1 Hi Light Charcoal/White is now available at select Nike Sportswear retailers including Nice Kicks in Austin, Texas for $100.
Another Tinker Hatfield gem, the classic colorway in the Air Jordan 9 (IX) is scheduled to officially release once again on August 7, 2010. For those of you that can’t wait a few days, we have received word that they’ve been released early at select accounts including West NYC.
Available now at German-based Purchaze is this new colorway in the Nike Air 180 silhouette. The 180′s have come out in all sorts of colors but these pair are one of the best.
